All orders are shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS 1st Class Mail will not have tracking numbers.
The fee charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will see what the shipping cost will be and have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is overdue, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. When the item is available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the labels MUST NOT have been removed.
"ON SALE" or "CLEARENCE" products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
